When you sign up for eBilling, you will have access to your bills in an electronic format via the Erie Thames Powerlines website (www.eriethamespowerlines.com) and your eCare account. If at any time you wish to have a paper bill service resumed or would like to cancel eBilling, please contact our office at (519) 485-1820, Toll Free (877) 850-3128 or by sending an email to info@eriethamespower.com.
